Introduction
Welcome to Pezona Design Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Pezona and our clients (“you”, “your”) when engaging our design services. By commissioning or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Services
Pezona provides a range of design services, including but not limited to branding, web design, graphic design, and marketing materials. The scope of services will be outlined in a formal agreement prior to commencing any project.
2. Payment Terms

Full Payment: Payment in full is required before any work is started. No deposits are accepted, and we will not begin any project without receiving the total agreed-upon payment.

Invoices: An invoice will be provided outlining the costs of the agreed services. Once payment is made, we will confirm the commencement of work.

Non-Payment: Failure to provide full payment will result in no work being undertaken. Pezona reserves the right to refuse service until payment is made in full.
3. No Refund Policy

No Refunds: All payments made are final. Pezona does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client. You agree to this non-refundable policy upon engaging our services.
4. Revisions

Revision Limits: Pezona offers unlimited rounds of revisions as part of the project.
5. Intellectual Property

Client Ownership: Upon full payment and completion of the project, all intellectual property, including design files, drafts, and final artwork, will belong to you. Pezona waives any rights to the work upon transfer.

Portfolio Usage: Pezona retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Materials: If the project requires third-party materials such as stock images or fonts, Pezona will advise, but you are responsible for obtaining the necessary licenses, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Project Timelines and Delays

Estimated Timeline: An estimated project timeline will be provided at the start of the project. Any delays caused by your failure to provide required materials, feedback, or approvals may result in an extension of this timeline.

Force Majeure: Pezona will not be held liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
7. Cancellation

Cancellation by Client: Should you decide to cancel the project, no refunds will be provided for any payments made. You will retain ownership of any work completed up to the point of cancellation.

Cancellation by Pezona: Pezona reserves the right to cancel a project if these Terms are breached. In such cases, no refunds will be given, and any work completed will be transferred to you upon request.
8. Confidentiality
Pezona respects your privacy and confidentiality. We will not share or disclose any confidential information regarding your project or business, except as required to perform the agreed-upon services or by law.
9. Liability

Limitation of Liability: Pezona will not be held responsible for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of our designs or services. It is your responsibility to ensure that all designs meet your specific needs before final approval.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pezona from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of our designs or any breach of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
